Overview

The programme is focused on enhancing students' skills as professional artists, and offers the opportunity to explore the skills needed for a multi-faceted career in dance performance, creation, facilitation, or research.

Throughout the course students will have the opportunity to explore the theoretical underpinning of their practice. They will be guided through a wealth of contemporary literature in the field of dance, choreography, philosophy, and performance, and have the chance to engage in critical debate about their own and other students' practice.

  • Applicants meeting the criteria will be invited to an audition/interview with the programme leader. A Skype interview can be arranged for international students, alongside a show reel of work to be submitted in advance of the interview.
