Overview

The M.Eng. in Engineering (Building Engineering)  degree from the University of Malta  explores the role of management, the environment as arbiter in key building decisions, structure, and construction.

You will look at shear walls and deep beams, and study the importance of acoustics in various kinds of buildings, whatever the context and role of the design. The programme trains you to understand that the intended services of a building are an integral part of the structure and not an afterthought. You will be tasked with writing a long dissertation on a topic of your choosing in the field.
