In addition to the core MBA courses, you will choose concentrations from Human Resource Management in a Global Environment, Corporate Performance Management, Job Evaluation and Performance Appraisal, Training and Development and Employment Law and Relations. The development of leadership, communication, team-building and critical thinking skills, and the ability to critically evaluate business performance as well as an understanding of organization sustainability, are also the cornerstones of this program. 

In order to ensure your success in today’s multifaceted business environment, you will be immersed in a stimulating and diverse blend of case studies, exercises, group work, simulations and lectures. This blended teaching approach is designed to maximize the learning experience, giving you the knowledge and skills to manage, motivate, innovate and, most of all, lead in the challenging world of human resources management and business in general.

The MBA program in Human Resource Management from Abu Dhabi University  is comprised of eight core courses (24 credit hours) and three specialization courses. Our six term structure offers you ultimate flexibility in terms of start date and study schedule and means you can complete your MBA in one year. It also allows you to better manage your workload as you take only two courses per term delivered in the evenings and weekends. If professional or personal commitments dictate that you need to miss a term, it is easy to catch up.  Ours MBA that offers such flexibility.

If you already hold a general MBA degree, or have a professional interest in Human Resources Management, you have the option to take the concentration courses on their own and receive a certification from Abu Dhabi University.

Students should note that up to two concentration courses may only be offered in our Abu Dhabi campus only.
