Advising and Career Development
Students in the Computer Science program of the University of California, Irvine (UCI) will receive academic and career planning support throughout the program. To help students identify and achieve their career goals, MCS has a dedicated career counselor who will provide one-on-one, personalized career coaching. Throughout the year, the program will also facilitate a variety of career management and job search workshops on topics including: internship and job search strategies, resume and cover letter writing, interviewing techniques, offer negotiation, networking strategies, and time management.
