Building on your own previous experience and background, either from your studies at university or beyond, the Arts and Cultural Leadership and Management programme from University of Cumbria will expand and develop your creative leadership skills.

Overview

Designed and delivered in close collaboration with leading regional arts, cultural and creative organisations, the programme provides you with the theoretical framework, appropriate skills and practical experience to meet the challenges of working in your chosen field within Arts, Cultural and the Creative Business sector.    

We encourage applications from as wide a range of backgrounds and specialisms as possible. The Arts and Cultural Leadership and Management programme from University of Cumbria can also be tailored to suit people already working in the sector who wish to gain experience in leadership and management, or to accelerate career development.
