It’s a chance to develop new engineering and technical skills along with management of projects capabilities to succeed in this new world.
It’s one of our new project management courses – bringing vital management skills together with specialist expertise in engineering. You’ll start off by studying the fundamentals of project management. You’ll then look at the key principles and techniques associated with the successful delivery of multidisciplinary projects. You’ll then specialise in mechanical engineering, exploring the systems, materials and manufacturing techniques of the Industry 4.0 era.
Our teaching staff are professionals from a range of backgrounds, from engineering and environmental industries, to railways and digital forensics. With their support, you’ll become a rounded professional, ready to apply for project management roles in organisations globally.
Graduates with a mix of theoretical and practical engineering skills and a good grasp of modern management techniques are in high demand across the sector.
Because we’ve developed this Project Management (Mechanical Engineering) from Manchester Metropolitan University aligned to APM and PMI Body of Knowledge, you’ll be ready to hit the ground running in a variety of senior project management roles within mechanical engineering and the wider sphere of Industry 4.0.
