  • A statement of intent, no more than 750 words in length, in which applicants indicate their relevant background experience in Public Health, how the MPH degree will facilitate the applicants career aspirations, where the applicant plans on living while completing the MPH online, and what health organization the applicant would have access to where the applicant envisions completing their practicum.
  • An updated CV/resume outlining recent and relevant work and volunteer experience
