Overview
Mission
The primary mission of the Department of Computer Education and Instructional Technology is to prepare outstanding Information and Computer Technology (ICT) teachers to be employed in both public and private schools under the Ministry of National Education to provide technology education and to facilitate technology integration.
Furthermore, the Department aims to prepare educators, scholars, and researchers and to advance the profession of Instructional Design by:
- combining the science and art of teaching and learning
- the repertoire of research methods rooted in various paradigms
- the effective uses of technology and the analysis
- design
- development
- implementation and evaluation of instructional practices.
