Three scores are reported: a Verbal Reasoning score on a 130 - 170 score scale in one-point increments, a Quantitative Reasoning score on a 130 - 170 score scale in one-point increments, and an Analytical Writing score on a 0 - 6 score scale in half-point increments.
GMAT admission requirements GMAT The Graduate Management Admission Test (GMAT) is a test intended to assess certain analytical, writing, quantitative, verbal, and reading skills in written English for use in admission to a graduate management program, such as an MBA. GMAT contains 4 sections - Analytical Writing Assessment, Integrated Reasoning, Quantitative and Verbal. The score has a range from 200 - 800.

PTE Academic admission requirements PTE Academic PTE Academic (Pearson Test of English Academic) is a language test that enables students to demonstrate their writing, listening, speaking, and reading skills when applying to study in English. The score refers to a total score which ranges between 10 and 90.

General requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree (Honours) in information studies or other disciplines from any institution of higher learning recognised by the UiTM Senate.
  • Preference is given to candidates with at least three (3) years of working experience. Candidates are interviewed to determine their suitability to follow the programme.
  • Other qualifications equivalent to a Bachelor’s (Honours) degree in any relevant fields and recognized by the UiTM Senate will be considered for admission.
  • Candidates are also required to attend an interview.
  • Candidates must have strong English language proficiency according to the requirement of the University.
