The primary objective of this Applied Entrepreneurship programme at the University Teknologi Mara is to develop wholesome individuals at the graduate level who are capable of leveraging the relationship between the organization and the customer.

The diversified course content developed in this program will indeed prepare graduates to become customer service representatives who are equipped with knowledge and skills in the area of leadership and strategic management, service management, marketing, quality management, communication, people management, and research management.

General requirements

Applicants must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree (Honours) or equivalent across different fields of study from universities approved by UiTM with a minimum CGPA of 2.75; OR
Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in related fields of study from universities approved by UiTM Senate with a minimum CGPA of 2.50 WITH at least 3 years of entrepreneurial working experience; OR
Applicants who possess relevant working experience are welcome to apply using APEL (A) qualification certified by MQA.
