Overview

Globalization increases the need for highly qualified engineers with in-depth management knowledge. Excellent professional prospects open up to you in the management and at the management level of industrial and production companies.

Career prospects

The Master in Technical Management program offered by Heilbronn University should enable you to take on management tasks in internationally operating companies after an appropriate practical phase. Because you have in-depth technical and methodological skills, particularly at the strategic planning level of a company: product and process development, production, information processing and administration. You also have an overview of the diverse management tasks in the above-mentioned areas and their networking. In addition, you are trained in the key competencies for decision making and enforcement, which are necessary for the successful assumption of management tasks in an international environment.

The international orientation during the first two semesters and the additional possibility of a double degree on the Sunshine Coast in Australia offer you good career opportunities worldwide. Another advantage that speaks for you: Working life has changed as a result of the globalization of the economy. Your intercultural competence is more in demand than ever. And they definitely expand in Technical Management.
