The Online LLM in Environmental and Energy Law is taught by a team of highly qualified and experienced lecturers, and covers all the essential areas relating to energy management and environmental protection. By offering such a comprehensive and diverse learning experience, you will be empowered to respond to local and global challenges, anywhere in the world.
Studying this programme takes approximately 2.5 years to complete. It is a 180-credit programme (including a 60 credit dissertation). Modules include:
- Environmental and energy regulation
- Law relating to nuclear energy

- Renewable energy and climate change law
Audience

Lecturers
The online LLM is led by Dr Sandra Ingelkofer. Her main research interests include European Union Law, Comparative Constitutional Law and Environmental Law. General requirements
- For entry to the online LLM, you must have obtained (or be predicted to obtain) an upper second-class degree in law from a UK university OR an equivalent qualification from a recognised institution.
- Alternatively, you may also apply if you have obtained an upper second class degree in an allied field with demonstrable sector experience. Contact us to learn more.
- If English is not your first language, you must also have an up-to-date English language test certificate. Alternative test certificates are also accepted, and exemptions can be made. Please contact us to find out more.
