Overview
At GCU, programmes are both highly relevant to your career – and focused on creating meaningful change that contributes to the common good. You’ll gain the expertise and knowledge you need to apply for membership of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP), register with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and become a practising physiotherapist.
You’ll develop new insight in the areas of neuromusculoskeletal, cardiovascular and respiratory therapeutics and neurorehabilitation – combining traditional study with comprehensive hands-on experience in clinical placements. And you’ll have the support of a thriving, friendly and diverse GCU community as you learn.
Graduate prospects
Whether you pursue a career with the NHS, go into private practice or get involved in clinical research, you’ll leave the Physiotherapy (pre-registration) from Glasgow Caledonian University prepared to make a positive impact on your own life and beyond. With a supportive global network and a world-class reputation, GCU graduates go on to rewarding roles throughout the UK and internationally.
