The Healthcare Leadership programme of BPP University is suitable for doctors, pharmacists, allied health professionals, nursing and midwifery registrants and non-clinical staff who are postgraduate. You must have responsibility for leadership and management in a range of health service settings, or wish to advance into a leadership role.

The Healthcare Leadership programme of BPP University will give you the opportunity to learn alongside colleagues from a diverse range of professional settings to gain an in-depth understanding of the key principles, practice of leadership and subjects affecting today’s leaders in the NHS.

  • You should have completed a first degree that demonstrates your ability to successfully complete academic Level 6 study; or
  • Completed a postgraduate degree that demonstrates your ability to successfully complete academic Level 6 study; or
  • Completed a first professional qualification with a portfolio of CPD evidence, which will be considered at the discretion of the course leader
  • If English is not your first language, you will be required to provide proof of your ability – for reading, writing, listening and speaking in English
