You will examine the nature of the real estate and construction industries and how they contribute to the wider economy, the land use planning systems, real estate development process, and the structure of the residential investment market, alongside related legislation and law.

Careers and employability

The course will apply for accreditation from the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), which will enable successful graduates entry to the Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) of the RICS.
