General requirements
- Bachelor (honours) degree at 2:2 or above in any discipline.
- 750 relevant clinical practice hours gained within the last 5 years, working in health related environments relevant to the course, for example hospitals, GP surgeries, nursing homes, hospices, and other community settings, including work as an Healthcare Assistant/ Nursing Associate/ Assistant Practitioner. The practice must be confirmed by a registered healthcare professional and is subject to Recognition of Prior Learning regulations.
- 5 GCSEs at Grade C/4 or above to include Mathematics, English, and Science. Consideration may be given to Functional Skills Level 2 in Mathematics. Please note we do not accept Functional Skills Level 2 in English, or Key Skills in Maths or English, or Adult Literacy/Numeracy.
