The Master in Business Administration for Global Leaders and Business Professionals Executive Master of Business Administration program at MCI - The Entrepreneurial School represents a generalist education with a strong international focus that promotes and improves students’ professional and social competencies. Participants in this course learn how to systematically identify and analyze entrepreneurial problems, provide suitable solutions, and make, as well as implement, respective decisions.
In addition to teaching leadership and negotiation techniques, the program focuses on developing and promoting social skills regarding teamwork, communication, and presentation. Participants profit from both the exchange with other students and MCI’s established network of international lecturers. The newly acquired knowledge, as well as the intercultural competencies and social skills taught in the course, enable graduates to adequately master future management tasks and strategic leadership responsibilities.
While studying
The content and organization of the course have been designed to meet the specific requirements and needs of professional decision makers. It is based on the blended learning approach and combines online sessions with on-campus classes.
The MCI eCampus facilitates online studies with a high degree of flexibility, regarding both time and location. Learning materials can be downloaded and worked on at any time and from anywhere, if access to the eCampus is provided. Although our students work independently, they are constantly in touch with the faculty, fellow students, and the MCI Support Team.
After studying
Upon completion of the Executive Master’s program, graduates are awarded the internationally acknowledged title of Master of Business Administration (MBA).
Our graduates profit from our strong network of recognized lecturers from science, business, and society, even beyond their studies. The exchange with international students also improves their own network and creates international acceptance for the benefit of all our students.

The admission process includes the following elements:
- Application Form: The application must be submitted in the form of a standardized application form accompanied by the required documents (CV, essay, undergraduate degree from a recognized university)
- Proof of adequate command of English
- Interview: The interview gives applicants the opportunity to present themselves personally, to narrate their career history, to explain their motivation for this program as well as describe their medium-term professional goals. A Skype-based interview is also possible.
