This Professional Leadership emphasis at Winona State University permits the student, in cooperation with their academic advisor, to select courses and experiences which they believe best prepare them for foreseeable leadership roles.Graduates often work in higher education in Alumni Affairs and as Residence Hall Directors. They also work in private industry in probation and marketing and in non-profit organizations as program directors.

- A student who has completed a baccalaureate degree from an accredited university and who wishes to enroll in graduate courses, may register as a graduate special student.
