General Requirements

  • Possess a good first degree awarded by a UK university or overseas equivalent. 
  • Be able to communicate ideas effectively in writing, in discussions and presentations. 
  • You may need to demonstrate your proficiency in the English language in the application process. If you do not meet the entry requirements for undergraduate or postgraduate programmes (IELTS 6.5), you can still apply as we will consider your application on the condition that you attend our Pre-sessional English courses. The University of Gibraltar offers a range of Pre-sessional English courses designed to assist international students to meet the required level of English. For further information, please contact: eplc@unigib.edu.gi.

Work Experience

We value diversity of experience in our student body, therefore we welcome applications from recent graduates who have undertaken meaningful placements as well as those with all levels of work experience. We are more interested in the impact that you have had in your workplace than the length of time spent.
