The Civil Infrastructural Engineering and Management program at Hong Kong University of Science and Technology  offers advanced civil engineering and management courses beyond the undergraduate level and the courses are designed for those who wish to strengthen their knowledge and prepare for advanced engineering practices with management responsibilities.

On successful completion of the program, graduates will be able to:

  • Describe basic and advanced knowledge and skills in civil infrastructural engineering and management;
  • Identify civil infrastructural engineering and management problems and propose feasible solutions;
  • Plan and design civil infrastructural engineering components and systems; and
  • Analyze major factors impacting civil infrastructural systems and provide strategies for managing these.
