
Overview
The world is in a state of flux and the city is very much part of this change. To accommodate the increasing number of households, more dwellings have to be realized in the coming decades. Developing new residential areas and redeveloping our cities to meet current and future requirements regarding quality of life, green energy and a circular economy pose new kinds of challenges. The Urban Systems and Real Estate programme is offered at Eindhoven University of Technology (TU/e) .
Career
Urban Systems and Real Estate is a multidisciplinary field with many different sectors, each with its own trends and challenges. Working in one of these industries carries heavy responsibility. You possess a wide range of skills in order to tackle these challenges. Since the study program in this master’s track is so broad, it offers many career opportunities. Our alumni are employed at various private and public companies as well as governmental organizations. Some have started their own companies. The alumni are employed as: real estate managers and developers, urban and transport planners, researchers, policymakers, building information experts, process and project managers in large urban projects, etc.

- A sufficient level of academic knowledge, skills and competences.
- A Licenciado / Licenciatura, Titulo de Ingeniero (Superior), Titulo de Arquitecto or Titulo de Graduado degree (obtained after at least 4 years = 240 ECTS of studies) from an accredited university.
- A Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) of at least 7.0/10.
- Specific subject related knowledge and skills depending on the program of your choice (see check your eligibility)
