Before any sustainable energy service is delivered, its complete environmental footprint must be considered. The Master's program SELECT starts from the concept of basic renewable energy sources and considers the pathways towards a future sustainable energy system. SELECT provides you with the high competence and qualified engineering skills you need to make a difference in this vital field.  

The Sustainable Energy Technology (Masterstrack SELECT) from Eindhoven University of Technology (TU/e) is a track within our Sustainable Energy Technology program. A joint program run by top European universities, its close collaboration with industrial partners makes it a unique learning experience. Moreover, our strong international mobility concept allows you to spend two years in two different universities and take an internship in a third country. 

Careers

Upon graduating you will have gained experience in multidisciplinary problem analysis and problem solving in the field of sustainable energy. You will also have acquired a unique network of fellow students, SELECT alumni and industry specialists in the field of sustainable energy. 

Accreditation

The independent judgment by the NVAO strengthens higher education institutions in their quality culture. On the basis of the judgments of NVAO higher education programmes are recognized and students receive a legally recognized degree. In the Netherlands, NVAO assesses the internal quality assurance pursued by universities and the quality of the programmes they provide.

English Language Requirements

    The IELTS – or the International English Language Test System – tests your English-language abilities (writing, listening, speaking, and reading) on a scale of 1.00–9.00.   • certified copies of your Bachelor's degree in the original language. If you do not yet have a final degree certificate, please send a certified copy of your most recent academic transcript. If you have taken further academic programs (such as a Master's degree or PhD) please also include your diploma/degree certificate and most recent academic transcript.

The living costs include the total expenses per month, covering accommodation, public transportation, utilities (electricity, internet), books and groceries.

Funding

Various scholarships are open to students wishing to follow a Master's program at Eindhoven University of Technology. A requirement of most scholarships is that you have been admitted to a Master's program before you may apply to the scholarship.
