Why study with us

We work alongside British Weightlifting and the UK Strength and Conditioning Association.

Our distance learning course means that you can learn flexibly around your lifestyle.

Future careers

Our Strength and Conditioning graduates work as self-employed coaches in a large variety of team-sports, combat sports, strength-based sports, and endurance sports. Many also work within clubs, teams, and organisations, and deliver Strength and Conditioning support to a large range of audiences such as school PE lessons, recreational, semi-professional and professional athletes, and special population groups.
