Overview
Graduates in the Special Education program at the Bowling Green State University are prepared to become leaders in the field and advocates for individuals with disabilities. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis with classes beginning in August, January, and May.
Specializations
Master’s degree specializations are available in Applied Behavior Analysis, Assistive Technology, Autism Spectrum Disorders, and Secondary Transition.

Upon admission, final official or notarized copies of transcripts from all institutions where degrees were earned (showing dates when the degrees were conferred) and diplomas from international institutions must be submitted.
- Standardized test scores (GRE, GMAT, PRAXIS, OAE) may be required.
- Programs may also require recommendations, a statement of purpose, a resume, and other documents.
