Overview

The core development courses provide a strong foundation and understanding of the development process; finance of development projects; legal, land use and regulatory frameworks; design and construction; and market analysis and technology. The M.S. in Real Estate Development (MSRED) from New York University provides students with flexibility. The MSRED program has three concentrations with specialized tier courses. These concentrations are:
