The 2nd-cycle study programme in System Logistics leads to "magisterij" (master's degree). It is implemented by the Faculty of Logistics. The aim of the study programme is to upgrade the engineering knowledge of logistics to enable graduates to solve complex challenges using both their engineering as well as managerial skills.

The emphasis of the study programme is on a broad description, analysis, and development of logistics systems as well as their interaction. An important feature of the 2nd-cycle study programme is the integration of education and research. The last semester of studies is dedicated to Research Work, in which you enhance your methodological approach to research work and gain the ability to apply your knowledge to problem solving in the business world. Graduates are able to think strategically and are also great analysts, effective speakers, and team leaders who work successfully in complex logistics systems. In the programme, you prepare yourselves for a career at senior management level or a career in the academic world by upgrading your knowledge in the doctoral programme in System Logistics.
