  • Application Deadline
  • 24 months
    Duration
University rank #801 (WUR) ,
The "Environmental Engineering" 2nd-cycle study programme leads to "magisterij" (master's degree). It is implemented by the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering. Graduates are able to understand and apply knowledge for designing and planning of products in the field of environmental engineering and possess broad theoretical knowledge and specific professional skills.

About

Graduates use research methods and process knowledge from a wide spectrum of enviromental engineering and they are able to build, design, form, plan and realize technical solutions in the area of enviromental engineering while considering professional excellence, benefits for the  society, ethical resposibility and measurements for enviromentally friendly design. They use systematic concepts and universal principles and are able to make a technical independent assessment on the scientific basis. They are able to align new informations in the context of the fundamental disciplines in environmental enginnering as well as establish connections with other disciplines. Studets learn how to combine theoretical and practical knowledge to analyse problems, eliminate unimportant effects, make a synthesis and find possible solutions. They are encouraged to use individual creative thinking, search for new solutions and to  implement the scientific working procedures in application and assessment of existing and new environmental technologies.
