About

Are you interested in pursuing a master’s in user experience? During the Innovation with User Experience (IUX) program of Worcester Polytechnic Institute you’ll take courses in UI UX design, also known as user experience design, as well as research, marketing, and many more.

Overview

Key Features

Ready to jump start a future in user interface design? Students in the Innovation with User Experience (IUX) program of Worcester Polytechnic Institute will learn to create, design, evaluate, improve, and generate innovative products and services that help organizations elevate their goals, meet their consumers’ needs, and increase their market share.

As a student in WPI’s innovation with user experience master's program, you’ll gain fluency in the scope of technology, business, and design to give consumers the best user experience (also referred to as user interface design) possible by capturing technology and innovation. The business and industry expertise in the Foisie Business School and the technological and scientific resources of the university provide valuable collaborations to give students a distinct edge in user experience design.

Using the latest user interface technology (such as eye tracking) while understanding the value of innovation, students learn how to refine the way users interact with technology, evaluate their methods, and develop new strategies for market competition. Because technology has an increasing role in consumers’ daily lives, creating a positive and memorable experience is crucial for organizations to maintain a competitive edge in the marketplace.
