This Master of Change, Innovation and Leadership from Victoria University degree is designed to equip experienced professionals from diverse industries with sought-after skills. Organisational change management (OCM) is a fast growing profession, with the demand for qualified professionals increasing as companies continuously refine and restructure. However, organisations have realised the lack of knowledge and understanding of the field of change management (with most studies showing a 60-70% failure rate). GMAT admission requirements GMAT The Graduate Management Admission Test (GMAT) is a test intended to assess certain analytical, writing, quantitative, verbal, and reading skills in written English for use in admission to a graduate management program, such as an MBA. GMAT contains 4 sections - Analytical Writing Assessment, Integrated Reasoning, Quantitative and Verbal. The score has a range from 200 - 800.
