Units will comprise of compulsory units in leadership, change management, evidence-based practice and a dissertation. Elective units can be selected from a range of options with several units specifically relevant to mental health practice and adult safeguarding.

Academic entry qualification overview
We require a professional qualification in social work and current UK registration with the relevant regulatory body.
- You must also hold a relevant honours first degree (Lower Second or above, or equivalent) from an approved higher education institution OR evidence of previous advanced study, research or professional experience that the University accepts as qualifying you for entry.
- Students whose unit(s) have practical components also need written support from their employer to attend and complete any practice requirements.
