Exceptional interdisciplinary experience
The Masters is taught by the Department of Engineering, Design and Mathematics and the Business Business School and provides a unique opportunity to work in an interdisciplinary environment, and additionally work with leading academics and externally-recognised industry speakers.
The focus is on management within technology and engineering organisations, with a strong emphasis on the modern strategic challenges facing multinationals and SMEs, and the part that technology and engineering businesses have to play in addressing them.
Tailor the course to suit your interests
Importantly, you will have the opportunity to tailor the course towards your own area or areas of interest - whether that is technical strengthening in either engineering or advanced manufacturing or business widening in change management - ensuring the content you study offers you the strongest possible skillset and preparation for your future career.
Learn from a diverse cohort
This is highly relevant for graduates from diverse backgrounds who want to develop themselves as leaders of technology and/or engineering businesses, and for anyone with industrial experience looking to accelerate their career into a senior position of leadership.
As such, you will engage with, and learn from, people from a diverse range of backgrounds and interests - adding further to the richness of debate and learning experience you can expect on the course.
