  • Approval by Graduate Program Director, Graduate Admission Director, or Graduate Admission Committee
  • Proficiency in the English language must be demonstrated by achieving a TOEFL score of 550 or higher on the paper-based exam (or an 80 on the internet version) and a personal interview
