The Master’s programme focuses on the real estate sector and combines all involved perspectives: the community, the investor, the user, and the producer. The course allows future generalists and managers to acquire the requisite knowledge and encourages them to think strategically and sustainably. As a result, the Master’s programme combines theoretical specialist knowledge and established management concepts with the continuing development of personal skills.

Students have the opportunity to choose the specialisation A: Investor & User or the specialisation B: Producer & Community. This decision means that up to one-third of the study programme can be structured as a specialisation.
