Overview
The Master of Digital Business Management at Swinburne University of Technology is an advanced program of study that is designed to foster and develop the knowledge and capabilities of highly skilled managers who will work with information technology in management decision-making during their careers. Our graduates are leaders in digital business, technology and entrepreneurship who are setting the strategic direction of digital business enterprises, leading innovation and ICT management in existing businesses and industries and who are developing a new era of technology companies and applications.
The degree combines the knowledge and theory of contemporary information systems management with an understanding of new and emerging digital technologies, new business models, and new ways of organising, analysing and communicating information. Students will learn about the methodologies and approaches that are applied in businesses to develop new IT enabled services, plan digital business initiatives for organisations, work with business intelligence technologies and have the opportunity to apply current methods for IT innovation development to real-world cases and projects.
