The Master of Design offered by Griffith University will offer students the opportunity to advance their skills and knowledge on emerging practice (2D, 3D 4D), experience design (UX and Service), design thinking, storytelling and advanced design technologies (3D printing, Augmented/Virtual Reality and Internet of Things), offering routes for practice orientated work and/or design strategy and leadership.

To be eligible for admission to the Master of Design, applicants must:

  • hold a Bachelor degree in non-related discipline from a recognised tertiary institution
  • OR hold a Bachelor degree or a Graduate Certificate (or higher) in a related discipline from a recognised tertiary institution - these students will be eligible for 40 credit points of advanced standing
  • OR hold a Graduate Diploma of Design or a Bachelor Honours degree in a related discipline from a recognised tertiary institution - these students will be eligible for 80 credit points of advanced standing
  • AND provide a brief personal statement of 2-3 paragraphs
