In addition to courses in the areas of language and literature, students are offered a variety of courses in various academic areas to improve their communication skills, intellectual growth and critical thinking.
The graduates of the English Language and Literature programme from Beykent University can work in fields such as translation, media, tourism, education, management, as well as in various other areas of the state and the private sectors.
Upon completing pedagogical training programs in any state or private university across the country, our graduates can work as language teachers in public and private schools; they also can work as instructors in English language prep schools at universities and colleges of higher education.
Additionally, our graduates can work in venues such as research centers, media, administrative and managerial jobs in private and public sectors, translation offices, publishing houses and foreign missions locally and abroad, just to mention few among many other venues.
