Our cornerstone degree, the Master of Divinity at Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary prepares nearly 40% of our students to serve in ministry around the world. If you feel called to vocational ministry, to nurturing and growing churches locally and internationally, to taking the Bible seriously through intensive study and sharing the Word of God faithfully, the MDiv is designed for you.

Students in the Divinity program at Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary will be prepared to meet ordination requirements for many Protestant denominations in the U.S., as well as service in chaplaincy programs (military, hospital, national parks and others).

  • Students may also choose to pursue a Master of Theology (Th.M.) as a capstone year of focused ministry preparation after completing the MDiv.
