With a concentration in Health Policy at Indiana University Bloomington, you'll explore the ways in which legislative, executive, and judicial government actions at the federal, state, and local levels affect health and healthcare. 


You'll gain vital knowledge in health insurance regulation, international healthcare systems, the connection between the labor market and health insurance, political influence on health policy, and the determinants of health.

This Health Policy concentration will provide you with an excellent foundation to pursue a career in the rapidly changing fields of health policy, healthcare and life sciences management, and international health. Our students find jobs as government consultants, healthcare administrators, legislative analysts, in health nonprofits, and in various roles in health and human services.
