The Bioinformatics and Structural Biology institute at National Tsing Hua University provides outstanding opportunities for graduate students, postdoctoral associates, and faculty to undertake and accomplish significant research and engage in excellent educational programs leading to M.S. and Ph.D. degrees with the aim of developing first-class research scientists with global perspective, leadership potential, and expertise in bioinformatics and structural biology.

Learning outcomes

The institute leads the nation in both research achievement and infrastructure. We have state-of-the-art instrumentation at our disposal including NMR, mass and circular dichroism spectrometers, x-ray diffractometers, electron microscopes and computer clusters. We also maintain broad collaborative interactions with many institutes such as The National Health Research Institute, The National Synchrotron Radiation Research Center and The National Center for High-Performance Computing.
