About the Department
At Seoul National University, the Department of Psychology is under the College of Social Sciences. The area of Psychology is broad, that can be extended to Social Science, Natural Science, and Humanities. Besides, due to the nature of Psychology, which investigates human minds and behaviors, various and broad topics can be discussed.
The Psychology Graduate program at Seoul National University presently offers experimental psychology (perception, linguistic, high-level cognition), biopsychology, psychological Statistics, psychology of personality, social psychology, developmental psy-chology, and other majors in division of basic psychology, further clinical psychology, and organizational psychology majors. Furthermore, each major pertains to a laboratory that specializes and practices their studies and experiments with human and animal subjects.
