TPTI : Technical, Heritage, Territories of the Industry at Université Paris 1 Panthéon Sorbonne strives to train flexible and competent professionals, experienced in interculturality , able to manage historical technical infrastructures and associated local knowledge, and organize knowledge transfer between the various sectors concerned. 


The TPTI : Technical, Heritage, Territories of the Industry at Université Paris 1 Panthéon Sorbonne gives future professionals the ability to develop and develop tools for co-activity and interaction between the actors concerned: local, regional and national management communities, engineers and technicians, academic communities, companies and contributes to the formation of scientific, technological and ethical standards common to the various actors of the historical-patrimonial field at various scales, local, regional, national, international (UNESCO).

This master is part of the Erasmus Plus program and has been set up by the European Commission to make Europe a center of excellence in training and research.

The TPTI Master offers training in 2 years. It is intended for students or professionals wishing to improve their methodology, theory and heritage practices. It focuses on both historical analysis and field analysis, giving it a multiple focus on basic research, applied research, and the application of research. As a result, this master's degree leads to both doctoral training and professional training (expertise, consulting, Culture and Heritage professions ...)

  • The  certified photocopy of the diploma  required for the registration or equivalences in the scientific and / or professional field
  • The certificate of the level of language  (French and English)
  • A  handwritten cover letter written in French or in English
  • Two letters of recommendation  in French or English, from professors of the university of origin or, for professionals, scientific leaders or supervisors
  •  C urriculum vitae 
  • A  typewritten study project  proposing a comparative study relating to the patrimonialization of a tangible or intangible technical unit: know-how, tools or machines, building, landscape
