The Organization Development program at Queens University of Charlotte is 100% online with opportunities to take some classes on campus and engage with our campus community in a variety of ways.   

Experiential Learning 

  • Apply what you’re learning in class through activities that encourage collaboration, reflection, innovation, and leadership, including participation in an optional international experience and several not-for-profit consulting projects. 
  • These projects have a direct impact on the community while providing a unique and expanded dimension to the student learning experience, including insights into charitable giving and social responsibility.
