- Bachelor of Science from a regionally accredited institution in engineering, computer science, physics, or related field that includes coursework in calculus
- 3.0 GPA in undergraduate degree
- GRE test scores (required)
- International students must hold degrees equivalent to U.S. bachelor's degrees, and should be among the top students in their classes. Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering Technology (BSEET) degrees are not accepted
