The Student Affairs in Higher Education program from Walsh University features experienced faculty and small class sizes at our convenient Northeast Ohio location to assure individual attention and encourage active participation. Several courses are available in an accelerated, 8-week format to give students an opportunity to increase the pace of their degree path.

General requirements
1.Applicants with a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university (must be completed prior to beginning CHD coursework) will be considered for admission to the CHD program. Official transcripts of undergraduate and all other graduate education are required.

3.Evidence of personal and professional potential for the CHD program is provided by:
- Three letters of recommendation completed by persons qualified to appraise scholastic aptitude, relevant personal characteristics and professional promise, such as a past instructor, work supervisor or professional working in the counseling/human service field (friends and peers are excluded).
- A notarized affidavit of good moral character
- On-Campus interview with the Program Director or program faculty members. Out-of-state applicants or international applicants may contact the Program Director for alternate arrangements to meet this requirement.
