  • Professionals without a law degree who have excellent academic credentials and significant and senior related professional experience.

Specialization Structure

Designed to meet the needs of working professionals located across Canada and abroad, Labour Relations and Employment Law courses are available via video conferencing and are structured as either weekly evening sessions or 3 day intensives. The Labour Relations and Employment Law specialization is a cohort-based specialization where courses progressively build upon one another. New students are only accepted into the specialization once every three years. Students can complete their degree requirements exclusively through course work or through a combination of course work and a Research Paper.
