Overview
The aim of this Master Programme in Industrial Management and Innovation from Uppsala University is to teach future leaders the ability to create an overview of the complex processes and structures within and around technology-intensive companies. Our aim is also that students who have completed the programme will become innovators who can combine a deep understanding of technology and business with a strong practical know-how on how to manage and lead innovative work.
A unique feature of this programme is that it is close to both industry and research. The students of the programme come from different technological backgrounds and are trained to handle technical, societal and economical dimensions of the innovation process.Career

In other words, there is a great need for people with a broad expertise in several areas of knowledge who want to lead and drive development and innovation forward.

A Bachelor's degree, equivalent to a Swedish Kandidatexamen, from an internationally recognised university. The main field of study must be engineering or technology.
Also required is 20 credits in mathematics.Selection: Students are selected based on:
- a total appraisal of quantity and quality of previous university studies; and
- a statement of purpose (1 page).
