Highlights
The purpose of the Master of Commercial Aviation curriculum at Delta State University is to provide students with a focused understanding of aviation concepts, operations, and management.
The Aviation Accreditation Board International (AABI) is a nonprofit organization that sets standards for AABI-accredited aerospace programs taught in colleges and universities in the United States and around the world.
Designed by educators, industry and the FAA, AABI judges the quality of aviation education courses and support programs. Members of AABI are educators, customers, employees, regulators, manufacturers, research firms and advocates.

General requirements
Full admission to the MCA program may be granted to an applicant who has earned a baccalaureate degree from an accredited institution with a minimum undergraduate GPA of 2.75.
- An applicant with a minimum undergraduate GPA of 2.5 may be fully admitted but with an academic hold. The student must earn at least a “B” in each of the first three courses to continue in the program.
- During the application process, applicants will be asked to submit official transcripts from their previous institutions to Delta State Graduate Admissions. No standardized test scores are required.
