
Overview
In the course of the Human Nutrition programme at the University of Copenhagen, you will learn about the conversion of energy and nutrients in the human body, the importance of nutrition in the various stages of life and the effects of nutrition on health and disease.
As a graduate from the MSc programme in Human Nutrition, you will have a thorough understanding of the principles and methods of nutritional science. You obtain knowledge of the conversion of energy and nutrients and of the importance of the diet in the various stages of life.
