Overview
The Information Systems programme from University Tunku Abdul Rahman provides students the confidence to manage information systems (IS) as organisational resources by analysing problems effectively and making critical strategic decision. Students will also be equipped with advanced knowledge and skills in analysis, design, deployment and management of information systems.
With the knowledge and skills obtained, students will be able to devise, plan, control and execute a substantial information systems management project. Throughout the programme, students will be able to participate in enhancement courses such as seminars, research workshops and conference, and to attend organised lecture series such as Entrepreneurship Talk Series by succes

- A Bachelor’s Degree in the field or related fields with CGPA of 2.75 and above or equivalent as approved by the Senate; or
- A Bachelor’s Degree in the field or related fields with CGPA of 2.50 and above but less than CGPA of 2.75, or equivalent as approved by the Senate subject to rigorous internal assessment; or
- Candidates without a Bachelor's degree in the related fields or relevant working experience must undergo appropriate pre-requisite courses determined by UTAR and meet the minimum CGPA set out in (1) & (2).
