Future principals and teacher leaders get their start here, gaining the skills they need to advance their careers and have a broad impact on schools and districts. Students can expect focused and practical assignments, engaging and intensive discussions and small group projects, and multiple opportunities to complete field experiences and projects that dovetail with individual goals and school improvement plans.

Upon completion of the  Instructional Leadership program from the Roosevelt University , candidates will be eligible to add either the principal or teacher leader endorsement to their Illinois teaching licenses.
